Before you start

  • You are signed in to your Allen account.

Follow these steps

Open Billing settings

Go to Settings (bottom of your sidebar) and click the Billing tab.

You should see: You see your current plan, usage information, and payment options.

View your current plan and usage

The Billing page shows which plan you're on, how many credits you've used, and any limits that apply to searches, email sends, or storage.

Upgrade or change your plan

If you want more features or higher limits, use the upgrade options on this page. Allen will walk you through the payment flow.

You should see: Your plan is updated and new features or limits are active immediately.

Manage payment methods

Update your payment card or payment method from this page. You can also see your payment history and past invoices.

You should see: Your payment method is current.

Configure auto top-up

If you use credits for AI features, you can enable auto top-up so your account automatically purchases more credits when you run low.

You should see: Auto top-up is configured according to your preference.

Common questions

How do I cancel my subscription?
Use the plan management options on the Billing page. Follow the cancellation flow.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Some AI features will be unavailable until you purchase more credits or auto top-up kicks in. Set up auto top-up to avoid interruptions.
Where do I see my invoices?
Your payment history and invoices are shown on the Billing page.
