How to customize your Allen settings?

You can find this in the menu: Sidebar > Settings

Before you start

You are signed in to your Allen account.

Follow these steps

Open Settings

Click Settings at the bottom of your sidebar. You'll see a navigation with multiple tabs on the left side.

You should see: The Settings page is open and you can see all available tabs.

General

The General tab shows your account name, email, and profile information. You can update your name and profile picture. There's also a link to change your password.

You should see: Your basic account details are saved.

Language

The Language tab lets you change your interface language and set the language the AI uses for transcription and responses.

You should see: Your language preferences are updated.

Search and Recommendations

The Search tab configures how Instagram searches work — limits and preferences. The Recommendations tab controls how profile recommendations are generated and displayed.

You should see: Your search and recommendation preferences are set.

Chat and Knowledge

The Chat tab controls the chat assistant's behavior and quick picks. The Knowledge tab manages which uploaded files the AI uses as context when helping you.

You should see: Your chat and knowledge preferences are configured.

AI Content

The AI Content tab controls settings related to AI avatar generation and content creation — things like default styles and output preferences.

You should see: Your AI content preferences are saved.

Branding

The Branding tab lets you upload your logo, set brand colors, and define the visual identity that appears on your public-facing pages — funnels, documents, and store.

You should see: Your brand identity is applied to your public pages.

Integrations

The Integrations tab lets you connect third-party services to Allen — for example, Stripe for payments. Follow the setup instructions for each integration.

You should see: Your external services are connected.

Billing

The Billing tab shows your current plan, usage stats, and payment history. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan, manage payment methods, and configure auto top-up for credits.

You should see: You can see and manage your subscription and payments.

Beta

The Beta tab lets you enable or disable experimental features that are still being refined. Toggle features on to try them early.

You should see: You've opted in or out of beta features.

Common questions

How do I change my password?

Open Settings > General and click the change password link. You'll be taken to the password reset flow.

How do I cancel or change my subscription?

Go to Settings > Billing and use the plan management options.

What are beta features?

Features marked as Beta are new capabilities still being tested. They work but may have rough edges. You can enable them in Settings > Beta.
