You can find this in the menu: Sidebar > AI Marketing > Knowledge Base

Before you start

  • You are signed in to your Allen account.
  • You have an active subscription.

Follow these steps

Open the Knowledge Base

In your sidebar, click Knowledge Base under the AI Marketing section.

You should see: You see your uploaded knowledge files, or an empty state with an option to upload.

Upload a document

Click the upload button and select a file from your computer. Supported formats include PDFs, text files, and other document types. Allen processes the content so the AI can reference it.

You should see: Your file is uploaded and being processed. It will appear in the list once ready.

Understand how the AI uses your knowledge

Once a file is processed, Allen's AI tools and chat assistants can reference its content when generating advice, outlines, and strategies for you. For example, if you upload your business plan, the AI can tailor product ideas and marketing copy to match your actual business.

You should see: You understand that uploaded files improve the quality and relevance of all AI output.

Manage files in Documents

Click Documents in the sidebar (also under AI Marketing) to see all your uploaded files. From here you can view, download, or delete any file.

You should see: You can manage your files from one centralized place.

Common questions

What file types can I upload?
PDFs and text-based documents work best. Check the upload dialog for the full list of accepted formats.
Is there a storage limit?
Your plan determines how much you can upload. Check Settings > Billing for your current limits.
If I delete a document, will the AI forget it?
Yes. Once a file is deleted from Documents, it is no longer referenced by the AI.
